Do you know what you want? Perhaps you are not sure. It is not very clear. More than likely you do know what you do not want. This is where it can get a bit tricky.
Whenever you are focusing on anything, whether what you want or what you do not want, you are attracting more of the same. So even if you are not sure of what you do want, how “it” would look or be, you do know how you want to feel. And that is to feel good!
You will know when you are focused on what you do not want because you are not feeling very good. Your body will let you know by tightness somewhere, perhaps a headache, a grumpy mood. So now even if you are not sure of exactly what it is you are wanting at that moment, it is to your benefit to change your point of attention to something that makes you feel good - anything. From there you change your point of attraction and take your focus off of whatever it is that you are not so pleased with at the time.
And you are allowing yourself to move into a place of feeling good. From that place more of what feels good will come to you.
Knowing what you do not want is only a starting point to move towards what you do want. It is not meant to be your focust . Pay attention to how you are feeling and make conscious adjustments in your thoughts and attitudes. Believe it or not, you are in charge of your thoughts and feelings. Not the other way around.
